Does anyone know if whoever has the rights to Spider-man also has the rights to Miles? Could there ever be a Miles Morales movie? Or is it too fragmented legally?

Honestly, I've no idea about that particular front. I would assume that MARVEL Comics/Marvel Worldwide Inc. owns the rights to the character given that he's a subsidiary of Spider-Man. Its completely different from the parent company, Marvel Entertainment (the company under Disney's Ownership), who I assume doesn't own the rights to the character for film because of its connection to 20th Century Fox and Sony Pictures.

I'm probably all wrong about that, though :/
